I am looking for someone to take over my lease anytime between December 20th and January 1st (moving in with girlfriend). It is a flex room at 63 Wall St, a luxury building with tons of transportation within steps of the apartment (2,3,4,5, J, Z). Amenities include gym, rooftop, concierge, dry cleaning service, a golf simulator, speakeasy, that have all been recently updated. There is a market 1 block away and several restaurants right next door (Proper Food, SweetGreen, &pizza, coffee shops). The current rent is $1610 plus cable/internet and electric (roughly around $100-$150 per month). You would be living with one male, 27, working in finance who is easy going and reliable. The lease ends August 31st, 2020.
