I work in Chelsea and my commute is 30 minutes door to door. It is 8 minutes walking to the path train and roughly 20 minutes on the train to Herald Square (even less if you?re going to the East/West Village or Chelsea!) 10 minute Uber to Hoboken and Jersey City night life and we have a supermarket steps from the house. Truly a steal with price and location.
Can easily fit a full sized bed with a grand dresser, accent chair, and other small tables for storage and extra surface area. The closet is 2 tiered and massive with even extra storage on top. The room gets lots of natural sunlight which is great for both you and your plants (I've only killed one so far)! The color of the room is currently blue but you have the option to repaint as well and you will share the larger bathroom with 1 other roommate.
