The Lakeview House is the latest addition to Outpost in San Francisco. We chose the Oceanview neighborhood because it?s perfect for professionals and students alike, located just south of the City College of San Francisco and east of San Francisco State University. The house is surrounded by green spaces like Lake Merced Park and within easy access to BART and multiple Mini lines.

Our Lakeview house features three floors of exclusively designed space with plenty of natural light. Enjoy expansive views of the city from the kitchen?s panoramic windows and lounge on the terrace or in the backyard in your spare time. We?ve included everything you?ll need to feel right at home, so all you need to bring is your suitcase.

THE BEDROOMS

Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there?s no need to even bring a pillow. There are 14 bedrooms in the Nob Hill House with a choice of private or shared rooms, depending on availability and your price range.

Amenities: memory-foam mattresses, memory-foam pillows, extension cords to your bedside, shelving, hooks, bed linens, towels and closets/organizational tools.
Services: Bed linens and towels will be available for you when you arrive.

THE BATHROOMS

We provide many bathroom essentials, as well. There are four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms in the Nob Hill House, so you?ll never have to wait.
Also included: toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap and small garbage bags, which will never run out! We also provide hair dryers, so there's no need to bring your own.

LAUNDRY ROOM

The Nob Hill House also has a washer and dryer where members can do their laundry for free in the comfort of their own home.
Security: 24/7 security in all common areas, as well as lockers.

LOCATION
This coliving house is located near the City College of San Francisco and San Francisco State University.

The closest Muni stations are at Broad St./Plymouth Ave., on the M-Ocean View line, and Lee St. and Ocean Ave., on the K-Ingleside and T-Third lines. Multiple bus lines serve the neighborhood. The closest BART station is Balboa Park.

THE SPACE
This house features three floors of newly renovated space, with hardwood floors and updated appliances. The kitchen and common areas are massive compared to the average San Francisco apartment, and furnished with everything you?ll need for work and play.
