Great Room In a Great Neighborhood!

I have one cozy bedroom available for rent in a two bedroom apartment. I've been living in this apartment for two years already. Since my roommate is moving back home, I'm looking for a person to rent the second bedroom and will take over her lease with me. I'm looking for someone who will move in by 2/1/2020. The room is pretty decent size. Currently it's decorated with one full size bed, nightstand, bookcase and a study desk comfortably as you can see in the picture. It's in Downtown Flushing, 7 minutes away from subway train 7, nearby lots of restaurants and shops such as Macy's, Target, etc.. The apartment is quite spacious and has lots of closet spaces. You will have your own normal size closet in your room and a huge one available to you by the foyer. It's on the ground floor with the laundromat which makes it so easy to take care of laundry.
I'm a junior accountant working for an accounting firm in Financial District. I also do freelancing work a lot so apart from my regular schedule and if I'm not out, I'll be working from home. I'm pretty easy going, clean and open minded professional. I expect from a potential roommate to have the similar traits as well.
