Looking for someone to take over my lease for the remaining 3 months in a spacious 2-bedroom Soho apartment! Rent will be $1550 per month (not including utilities- which typically average around $75 per month.) Move in date is flexible from Feb. 1st-15th. The lease ends April 30th, you'll have the opportunity to stay after April 30th working with the landlord to sign a new 1 year lease. Please note: my roommate will not be staying after the lease ends so if you would like to stay you'll have to find a new roommate.

You'll be living with a professional female in her late 20s. Looking for someone who is friendly, neat, respectful, and responsible!

The building is in an amazing location on a quiet street in west soho. There are tons of subway lines very close; 3-5 minute walking to the A/C/E and 1 trains, and 7-10 minutes walking to B/D/F/M, Q/R/W & 6 trains. There is also a Trader Joe?s and a 24 hour CVS only a 5 minute walk away! The super lives in the building and is responsive and easily accessible.

The apartment itself is on the second floor and very spacious. There is large kitchen/dining room separate from the living room with a walk-in pantry for extra storage. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment so there is no street noise and fits a full size bed plus dresser (as seen in the photograph), with a good sized built in closet with extra storage space above.

You will need to fill out the landlord's application and provide proof of employment, 2 most recent bank statements and two most recent pay stubs.

First month?s rent will be required upon approval.
