I have a furnished bedroom with a full size bed that’s about 3 months old(previous roommate would like to sell the bed to incoming roommate, but it can be discussed)
Looking for someone to get on the new 12 month lease (landlord’s wishes).
1 months security deposit + 1 first months rent to move in!
Utilities are split and cost is based on usage.

I’m a clean no or occasional dish in the sink, I cook occasionally and rarely have company.
Looking a quiet clean roommate. I’m in and out of the apartment with work and do come home to walk the dog every 4-5 hours.


Open house viewing on weekend mid mornings between 10a-12noon by appointment only.

Roommate wanted at 209 Taaffe Pl - Clinton Hill Brooklyn.

Must be ok with a dog(he’s really chill and mostly sleeps)
He gets bathed by weekly so little to no pet odor in the apartment.

Nearby subway stations include: Classon Av. G (connects to A/C train at Hoyt-Schermerhorn)
