Furnished Room in Bushwick Townhouse w/ front yard

Welcome to a fully furnished, 2 BR apartment with 1 bedroom available for rent. You will be staying with 1 other roommate and small 4lb pound dog which stays predominantly in the roommates room.

The furnished bedroom is about 200 sqft with two windows overlooking the front yard, which has been landscaped with a bistro table and chairs. There is also a closet in the living room for the exclusive use of our new resident. The homeowner lives upstairs. We are a 5 minute/2 block walk to the J train with access to lower manhattan during rush hour in 30 minutes. L Train (Halsey) is also about 10-15 min walk from the house.

There is washer and dryer in the unit.

We are looking for someone responsible, quiet, employed and willing to communicate with maintaining the space. The homeowner is usually home to reach out with any issue.

The apartment is non smoking but you're welcome to smoke in the front yard, which is never used by current resident/homeowner.

Initial payment would be: 1st month and security. We will also need proof of income with paystubs and a credit check. We will also require 2 references. We are open to long-term and short term leases.
