Roommates wanted in Spacious Midtown West DUPLEX

I'm looking for a couple of great roommates to move in with me into in a HUGE DUPLEX in the heart of midtown west. Available now!

The apartment has TWO spacious living areas, perfect for entertaining, a large kitchen with brand new appliances, immense cooking and storage space, renovated marble beautiful bathrooms, high ceilings, lots of light. All appliances, floors, and bathrooms are newly renovated, just last month after the last tenant left. (Some pics are during renovation, so excuse the supplies!) Located in a new building with laundry, high speed elevator, big renovated lobby, and a gorgeous furnished roof deck with unobstructed views. Wonderful safe area - the neighborhood one of the best and most convenient in Manhattan - super close to the C, E, 1, 2, N, R, W , and just steps away from Columbus Circle, Central Park, Theatre District and Restaurant Row.

All the bedrooms are large by Manhattan standards - can fit a queen bed, desk, and dresser easily - with new custom-made closets. One bedroom has it's own en suite master bathroom and private entrance, so will be priced higher accordingly. Willing to consider subletters or those interested in a long term lease. Rooms are unfurnish, although I can provide a full bed, desk, chair for one of the bedrooms for any shorter-term subletters. I have living room furniture, including a couch, large flat screen TV, table, and lounging chairs, but welcome additional furniture from roommates since we will now have TWO living rooms instead of just one!

I am a young professional lawyer, currently working at a law firm in midtown. I?m friendly, social, laid back, and you should be the same. I'm looking for a like-minded roommate that are young, fun, easy going, clean, and who perhaps wouldn't be averse to occasional weekend get-togethers at the apartment (considerate of everyone's schedules, of course). Basically, I'm very flexible in most aspects, but I absolutely hate the idea of a very practical, stay-out-of-your-way roommate?I don?t want to feel like a houseguest in my own home, acting all polite and distant. It gives me the shudders. I have signed the lease already, so no need to jump through complicated hoops, just requires first, last, and security.
