- Cats ok (no dogs)
- Couples/roommates ok!

What isn't so great about this place?
- The building isn't anything fancy, it's got the regular wear and tear
- The 6 train is about a 9 minute walk from the house
- Rent is $1650, covers heat and hot water. Wifi gas and electric is paid by you, or pay landlord flat fee of 200.
