More info: The house is 4 bedrooms/2 bath. Large kitchen with lots of space for cooking. Hardwood floors throughout the living room, and carpet in the bedrooms. House has a pool and hot tub. Central air and heat. Washer/dryer in garage and plenty of available free street parking. 24/7 maintenance by management company. Furnished common areas.
Rent is $1010 for 1st bedroom and $1090 for 2nd bedroom, utilities ~$130/mo. Move in is December 15th. First month and security deposit required. This is a month-to-month lease, but we are looking for a minimum one-year commitment.
