4. The room you will be renting will be empty, has a large closet and window and fits a full/queen bed(picture) with ample space for a dresser and a desk see apartment layout.

The apartment is located on 14th st and Avenue C thus open to East village and easy access to LES, Midtown and Downtown Manhattan through the L-train, M14D, M14A, M15, and M9 (all less than or 5 minutes away from the apartment)

The Stuy town has vast number of amenities including athletic fields, two full equipped fitness centers, walkways, cafe shop, shared workspace, seasonal green market and ice rink. Short walk to restaurants , grocery stores, and night life on East Village and lower east side blocks 5- 10 minutes walk from apartment

About me:
I am software engineer, data scientist and biomedical scientist. I enjoy having people over at the apartment, cooking, going out dancing or for a drink. I am easy going and enjoy varying perspective of way of life and philosophies. I prefer a roommate who is mature, trustworthy, responsible, and respectful.
