Looking for someone to take over my massive room in a beautiful 4 bed/1 bath apartment at 133rd and Lenox. The apartment is steps away from the 135th 2/3 subway stop, which will have you to Times Square in 15 minutes! I live in the largest room in the apartment, which is fully furnished and has two big windows and a giant closet.

Rent is $1,270 a month which includes all utilities, even cable. The apartment is ideally positioned near grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, and steps away from a laundromat. Rent terms are flexible - minimum stay is 3 months, but after that you can stay as long as you want on a month-to-month basis. Start date would ideally be December 1, but I can be flexible within the month of December, and if you start later the month will be prorated.

You'd be living with two great, easygoing young professional guys in their early 30s. The apartment is ideal for students - CUNY and Columbia are within walking distance - and other young professionals, especially those working in Midtown since the commute is so easy.
