The porch has a great view of downtown.

Street parking only, but there is ALWAYS parking available.

On-site 24 hour washer & dryer.

Full kitchen & living room available for your use.

** All paperwork must go through landlord, credit check, etc.

** 1st month?s rent + security deposit will be due to me 03/01/20.

** Rent is due the 1st of each month. Please be reliable and always on time.
