Spacious Sunny Bedroom in Newly Renovated Apt

We have an amazing, sunny and spacious master suite located in the basement of a three-bed, two-floor apartment in a large brownstone. The room is huge, around 450 square feet, with a private half bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead to a large, private lower level patio, and let in lots of natural light. The master suite rent is $1350/month + utilities. Must be dog-friendly.

The apartment is newly refurbished, with a washer/dryer in the basement, central A/C and heat, new appliances including a dishwasher, gas fireplace, and access to a private backyard with a garden and grill. (above the basement patio space). It?s located off the Kingston/Throop C train, and equal distance to the A and C train at Utica or Nostrand Ave stops, and has access to several bus lines: B52, B43, B15, B38 and B26. The apartment is in a great neighborhood with a super welcoming vibe. Blocks away from several grocery stores, awesome bars and restaurants.

You?d be living with two social, female roommates in their late twenties/early thirties (in the two bedrooms upstairs). One works at a non-profit (9-5 schedule), travels frequently, and is always open to new experiences and adventures with like-minded people. The other also works at a non-profit, managing farmers' markets across NYC (works many weekends), likes going to bars and trivia nights and having friends over for BBQs/potlucks. Both really love to cook or grill outside when the weather is nice. We also live with a small (14 lb) dog, Arthur who is mostly cuddly but is known to have energetic spurts! Lots of parking on the block, if you have a car.

We?re looking for a young, chill professional in their late twenties or thirties, preferably female, LGBTQ+ friendly. Someone who is clean, easy-going and respectful of other roommates and their space, but also wanting a laidback and friendly environment. Must be able to pass credit check, security deposit and first month rent due upon signing. Looking to fill the room ASAP.
