Looking for Awesome Replacement Roommate!

Hello!

My boyfriend and I are looking for a female (sorry men) to take over our current roommate's spot (she is moving in with her boyfriend). We have gotten along great, and we are sad that she's moving. We are hoping to find someone just as awesome to move in! The availability date is SEPTEMBER 1 (yes, looking early haha) but we can definitely be flexible if need be!

Private room with big mirrored closet.
Private bath with shower/tub combo

Beautiful complex with streams/greenery/mature trees
Pool, decent (more than cardio) gym, hot tub, sauna, clubhouse, tennis courts, and basketball courts
Fully furnished except your room
Obviously full access to common areas--this is your home, too!
Plenty of parking
Very walkable to the South Coast Metro area
Laundry room on-site (card, no coins)
Super close to the 405 and 55, so great for commutes!

**Rent can be negotiable for the right fit**

We are looking to find someone who is past the partying stage and who won't bring home all the people all the time (Of course boyfriends and occasional friend nights are fine, as long as it doesn't feel like our home is always crowded!).

We are both super easy-going and friendly, and don't really ask for much beyond the standard cleanliness and respect that most people have! I am a teacher and he is in entertainment (dancer/actor/producer).

Please no hard drugs or constant heavy alcohol use--the occasional wine night is fine :o)
