Beautiful 2 story Victorian style home, in the Silverlake community. Situated on a hill with amazing views. There is a lovely patio area surrounded by 18 tupes of fruit trees and flowers. the property is gated and has a security system. When available there are 5 private rooms to choose from and 2 bathrooms.
All rooms are fully furnished. Included with the rent is central air & heat, wi-fi, cable tv and kitchen privileges. The upstairs landing has a tv area, sitting area, fridge, microwave, water dispenser and eating area. A Weekly gardener and cleaning lady. Parking is an additional $100/mo.
We are looking for clean, reliable, respectful, alcohol/drama/drug/ smoke free tenants. No pets or overnight guests. Must keep room clean & free of bugs. First and last month's rent upon arrival and signing of month to month rental agreement. Single Occupancy Per Room! located near nightclubs, pubs, restaurants and shopping.. beautiful gardens/views. House sits in a small hill.
