It is a 5 minute walk from both the 110th street 2/3 express station and the 110th street 6 station so you can easily access both east and west sides of Manhattan. For commuters, the Harlem/125th MetroNorth station is 10 min by subway or 15 min by walk (one of us commutes daily to CT). Grand Central is 15-20 min by subway.

Renting the third bedroom, which includes a closet and space for dressers + a full/queen bed. We roommates are two females, 23 and 24, who work in finance. We hang out on the weekends, like to go out to bars and restaurants, etc, but pretty low key during the week.
