The Apartment:
An adorably charming 3 bedroom, 1 bath located in the heart of Beacon Hill. The location is second to none! We are situated steps from the Charles River Esplanade (amazing running and biking route) Whole Foods, Charles MGH T Station and countless bars and restaurants. Laundromat is located just across the street, as is a spin and yoga studio. Everything is within a couple block radius - hard to find a better location in Boston.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 5 story building with shared roof access that has unbelievable city views. All common areas including kitchen are fully furnished (option for partially furnished bedroom as well.) Heat and hot water are included in the rent. Utilities (electric & internet) are typically $35 additional per month per person.

The available room is the most private of the three, can fit a full (or even queen) bed as well as a dresser and has a full closet. This room also boasts two large windows.

Your Future Roommates:
Two late 20's/ early 30's professional women, who love living in the center of the city. One roommate works in the Financial District, while the other reverse commutes to work, just outside of the city. We both pride ourselves on strong work ethics, but love having fun as well. Weekdays are pretty low key for us. While not at work, we are either running, practicing yoga, whipping up something yummy in the kitchen or spending time with friends. We are always up for going exploring the city, checking out a new restaurant, having a glass of wine, etc. . .

About you:
We are looking for a tidy, respectful roommate with a full time job, who also likes to have fun! A young professional woman (mid-late 20s to early 30s) is preferred. No smoking, please, and unfortunately no pets.

Other Details:
Rent is $1,333 a month, with a lease running from Dec 1, 2019 to August 31, 2020. First and last month's rent would be required -- No security or realtor fee :)
