One room in great location

My friend/roommate Konstantin are looking for a new roomie to replace our friend who is moving out. The location is bomb--2 blocks from a grocery store, 1 block from a public pool (so great in the summer), right by like a thousand taco spots, walking distance to the blue line, etc. We have a 2-story apartment, and your bedroom would be one of the ones upstairs (4th story of the building). The one downside is that it doesn't have a window, unfortunately, but it's a good-sized room. The current resident has a queen-sized bed, a desk, a bookshelf, a dresser, etc. in there. To clarify, she's not leaving those items behind; I'm just giving you an idea of the space. It also has a closet and there's a ton of additional storage space on the back porch as well. I'll hopefully get around to uploading pics later, but you're welcome to come check it out in person in the meantime.

nonprofit that provides free, comprehensive after-school
programs for low-income kids. I've been with my nonprofit for four years and I'm super in love with it. Konstantin works for Google. I have a tiny, old cat and a large-ish, young dog (boxer/pit/husky/German shepherd, but only 40 lbs). They're both super loving and will try to cuddle with you a lot. Anyone that lives with us MUST love animals, but can't bring any of their own... unfair, I know, sorry!!! We just really can't handle any more animals in an apartment, even a decent-sized one like ours.
