I just signed a new lease in Astoria (near Steinway Station) and I am looking for someone chill and friendly who would wanna share this cute newly renovated 2 bedroom with me for 6+ months. The rent is $1150 + utilities.

The apartment is on the first floor - rooms facing the backyard so it?s quiet. The place is located a 5 min walk from the Steinway station (trains E-M-R) and 7 min walk to the Broadway station (trains N-W). Plenty of new shops, restaurants and bars are in the area. Location/price-wise it?s tough to beat with quick access to Manhattan and direct lines to the most popular neighborhoods in the city.
