Luxury Apartment 16' x 11.5' , December 1st

My roommate and I are looking for a third. The room is 16' x 11.5' large, has an unobstructed view of NYC, a large closet, a separate AC, and sound proof-ish walls. The new roommate will share: a restroom with 1 roommate, a large kitchen with dish washer, and a living room. The room comes UNFURNISHED but the complex has many amenities such as: 24 hour doorman, a large 24 hour gym, a beautiful patio, a fleet of washing/drying machines in basement, great wifi (FIOS), free to use grills, and has included maintenance staff should anything in the room need to be fixed.
As for location, the room faces East looking out over the city, it is about 3 blocks ( ~5 min walk) from the PATH trains and the Waterfront, 2 blocks from Washington Street and the building has a shared driveway so you can temporarily park in front (about 30 min zone). There is also a parking garage on site which is extra cost.

The room also comes with a Cat!!!!! He is super friendly, playful, well tamed, and quiet (unless you're holding tuna)

Who were looking for:

Must be responsible, relatively clean, and respectful.
Must pay rent on time, clean after themselves, don't be OCD, preferably sociable.
MUST BE ABLE TO SIGN FOR 1 YEAR MINIMUM

As for the roommates: we're both 25, one is a Software Engineer and Marketeer for a Large Bank. He plays video games, races cars and loves to cook. The other is an established Head Tennis Coach of a nearby University. He enjoys talking sports, watching shows, and loves his cat
