Parking is available on the street. Electric, gas, internet, and monthly cleaning bills are split between three roommates and is usually around $85/month. Furniture/items pictured in bedroom are not included. One month security deposit, background check, and proof of income (paychecks, etc) required. This room is available for November and December 2019, with the possibility of renewal starting January 2020 for a year.
