In search of a professional yet financially stable Male or Female to rent our extra room for $700 a month plus one 3rd of the utilities.

Please be normal, not psycho. We're receiving way too many ppl with issues which include the lack of funds to even move in or make repeated cancellations for a scheduled meet-n-greet. We are serious about renting to a good person who we can co-habitate with us in peace. So plz have yourself together.

The Bedroom has been stripped of its old carpet and there is nice wooden floor underneath with a New area Rug, Newly painted walls and small closet. Rear windows of extra room is nicely shaded by a big tree just outside.
The bedroom is currently unfurnished and ready for your bed and clothes. ???? We also offer our new roomate free rein of the whole house, Kitchen, Living Room and Bathroom along with our Laundry room.
