There is one bedroom available in the apartment, and I am looking for a roommate to sign a one year lease with me. The apartment total monthly rent will be $3050.

All utilities (electricity, gas, etc.) are included except cable/internet which is $45 per month per person.

About me:
I’m Joy, and I've been a middle school science teacher in NYC for the last 11 years. I have lived in this apartment the whole time, and I am looking for a new roommate to join me on a new lease. (The woman that is moving out is going to live with her sister.) Another woman lives in the apartment as well in the third bedroom, and will be here until February 2020, if her work visa is not renewed, or until the end of the new lease if her work visa is renewed. She works full-time (from home currently, because of COVID) in the bioinformatics industry.

application fee for the landlord (I'm not sure the exact amount of this, but it should be around $50 or less.)
