The room is large enough to house a full-sized bed and includes a large closet. The surrounding neighborhood is mainly comprised of families and several fine restaurants are within walking distance. The only parking available is street-parking, there are two bathrooms for the three bedrooms, water is included in the rent, there is laundry on-site, and we have a dishwasher.
I am a 32-year-old male writer. The other roommate is a 32-year-old male computer programmer. Unfortunately, the landlord doesn't allow pets.
The place is far nicer than it needs to be for the price, and it's in a great location.
