The apt is located on a lovely, quiet street just steps away from all the action the neighborhood has to offer.

The available room is the unit?s master bedroom (13 x 12 ft.), and includes 2 sets of French doors, 2 large windows w/ west facing light, a ceiling fan, and an external closet/storage. The bedroom will be unfurnished and can fit up to a king sized bed plus additional furniture.

A little about us ? We are two full-time professionals (male and female) in our early 30s, both working in the museum/cultural institution field. P. works in education/operations and has a typical 9-5 schedule, is a painter and lover of all visual arts, enjoys every kind of food, a good old-fashioned, and 2000s television. D. works in operations & logistics, is a photography lover and movie buff, enjoys traveling, fancy cocktails, competitive cooking shows, and works evenings (so is typically home during the days). We both keep busy lives & like to keep a low profile at home: chilling, cooking, infrequent guests, catching up over a glass of wine together & indulging in some Netflix.

We are looking for a clean, responsible, fully employed, and hopefully creative roommate to join our lovely home. This will be our 4th year at this apartment and we are looking for someone to add to the friendly and relaxed dynamic of our space & to join us for another year in our sanctuary away from the city hustle!

As the two primary lease holders, we are looking for someone to sublet the available room for the next year from Nov 2019 - Oct 2020 (with the option to extend if interested).
