Looking for a clean and responsible roommate to take over a very large room in a great 3Br apartment! There is a shared kitchen and bathroom, 2nd floor walk-up.
5 min walk to R/M trains, 10 min walk to NW trains. Steinway is a 5 minute walk away. Laundry around the corner.
About the roommates:
2 working professionals, one in law, one in business. We both are busy but friendly and don't mind chit-chatting/hanging here or there.
Cleaning up after yourselves is a must! Neither of us have kids, nor are we looking to live with one!
Otherwise we are super chill and very easy to get along with :)
First month + security to move in. No fee.
Landlord lives downstairs and is very nice/attentive when needed, but leaves us alone otherwise.
