Large Bedroom Apartment in Fantastic location

Hi,

I'm moving out and looking to find a replacement. Your room is very large and is furnished with two book shelves, a small desk, a large desk, a dresser, and an iron board. The bed is being sold for $300 (mattress, bed frame, boxspring), but the price is negotiable. The dresser will cost $100, and the desk is $25.

You will be sharing the bathroom with one of the roommates. There's a washing machine and dryer inside the bathroom. So no need to take your dirty laundry to a dry cleaner or pay for machines.

I've lived here for about 10 months and I've really enjoyed my stay. I'm moving out because I'm pursuing job opportunities elsewhere. Apartment is very clean and has around the clock security in the lobby.

Aside from the insanely affordable rent price, the location is probably the best part as the apartment is situated right outside Grove Street Path station (only 2 stops from lower Manhattan). So if you work in the city, the commute is very easy. The only downside is that you have to pay the PATH fare as well as the MTA fare if you need to travel somewhere out of reach of the PATH station stops. Additionally, there is a lounge on the 7th floor - the lounge is a great place to get your work done and is usually very quiet. There is also a gym on the 7th floor, which is free to use for residents.

It's also a 10 minute walk to the waterfront area, which is a really nice area. Generally speaking, the area is very safe and I've had no issues. A lot of options for food as well as walking distance to bars on Newark Avenue.

My roommates are great and easy to get along with.

Utilities are not included - you will have to pay for internet and electricity. Internet is about $35 and electricity varies depending on usage. The WiFi/broadband connectivity is excellent - very fast. So your average monthly rent will be around 1060. Still very good!
