My apartment outlooks Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn. 347 I have a 837 balcony with an 3299 Amazing view!!!! I am renting a good size room which has a double closet inside the room. I will provide a tv and AC in the room as well as our WiFi password. I have 2 full bathrooms. You will have your own private bathroom and shower. My building has two elevators, an insinurator on every floor, and 24 hour washer and dryer on every floor as well; mine is conviently located right next door. Beautiful building with benches outside for relaxing. Building is quiet and safe with 24 our survailanve cameras all over including entrance, lobby, stairwell, and on every floor. I live in the heart of Pelham Parkway with access to the #2 train right down the block as well the #1, 4,5,6 and D train and busses that take you straight into Manhattan. We also have a small shopping center walking distance with Starbucks, Dunkin, Chipotle, and IHop right down the block as well as Jacobi and Montefiore Hospital just a 5 minute ride away.
