I?m looking for someone to take the larger bedroom in a fully renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Hell's Kitchen on West 45th St b/w 8th and 9th Ave starting March 1st. I prefer a longterm stayer who would sign a sublease agreement. The apartment is spacious and includes a fully refurbished kitchen and bathroom. There is no laundry in the building, but there are plenty of same-day laundry services in the immediate area. The apartment is also fully furnished in the common areas, so you would only need furniture for the bedroom. My current roommate is likely selling his bedroom furniture, so you could ask him for stuff you may want.

About me:
I?m a 32-year-old gay male that is a full-time PhD student who also works part-time. I stay quite busy, like to be social when time permits, and am active. I love anything outdoors, science, movies/TV, and fitness, among other things.

If you decide to take the room after meeting with me and I think it?s a good fit, it would be $3200 to secure the apartment (first month?s rent and security deposit). Internet is $25/month and electricity/gas in the winter is around $40 each and around $80 each in the summer. We split common household goods (e. g., paper towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper), which is about $10-15 per month each. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, utensils, etc. and the living room is fully furnished w/ Wayfair/West Elm furniture.
