1 Room of 2 BR/1 BA West Village Apt

I'm looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease for 1 bedroom located in a 2 bedroom apartment, which you would be sharing with my roommate. Must be okay/not allergic to cats.

It is a sunny 2 Bedroom/1 Bath apartment located in West Village, located on the 4th floor of a walk-up with 16 units in building. Directly below it is a craft shop and bookstore. Within 0.1 miles is West 4th St stop (A/C/E/B/D/F/M) and Houston St (1 train-line).

The room itself fits a full size bed and a 3 foot wide dresser and a sunny window facing east with an in-window air conditioning unit, which I am going to be leaving behind.

My roommate, who you would be living with, is 29 year-old female working in mid-town.

- Top Floor
- High ceilings
- Windows facing front and back of the building
- Real, hard wood floors in great condition
- Exposed brick in the living room
- In-Window air conditioner already in place, which I will leave behind for you
- Bathroom has bath-tub/shower combo
- Skylight in the bathroom
- Shower has great water pressure & plenty of hot water (we've never run out!)
- No dishwasher (brush up on those hand washing skills)
- No laundry on-site

Utilities:
- Heat is included and controlled by the building
- Gas and electric is extra (currently in my roommates name)
- Cable/Internet would be transferred to you

Move in Date: November 1st - November 15th
Lease ends May 15, 2020, with option to renew
