Master Room available in Beautiful apartment

Seeking tenant who can sublease the last 4 months of my lease with the option for renewal in June you are welcome to sign into with the landlord. I will be relocating to Chicago and will unfortunately be leaving this beautiful centrally located apartment.

Location: This is located in between Union City and Jersey City. 10 min to the city and 5 minutes to Hoboken. Public transportation is a block away. Street parking is easy and always available with a parking permit which I will provide. This is in a safe neighborhood in the center of 3 major areas and is great for commuters. It is also close to restaurants and convenience stores by car.

Apartment: This is in a house that is newly renovated and is on the second floor. The room available is the master room that includes a huge closet, separate bathroom, and the room is a decent size as well. You will share the living room, kitchen, and laundry room with the other roommates. I will be leaving this room furnished with a bedframe for a queen size bed, a dresser, and a nightstand (optional based on what the subleaser prefers).

Amenities: All utilities included internet, water, gas electricity no additional costs. I will take care of it with the current tenants. We also have a laundry on site, and the room is furnished (if requested). The kitchen & living room is also fully furnished, you have welcome to use all that is in the shared spaces.

Current Occupants: Two working professionals, both females in their early 20?s. They are both from the Midwest and are new to NYC. Very friendly and nice and would prefer someone within the same age range that would be fun to hang out with and tour NYC. They are respectful, fun, & clean.
