Private room in quiet town very close to NYC.

Living and dining area for shared use.

We are a young couple looking for an easy going, responsible young professional to move into the spare room of our 3 bedroom appartment. The apartment itself is in a quiet town walking distance to parks, stores, and a 15 minute (by car) commute to the path trains. (20 minute bus ride from the stop at the corner). The third bedroom is used as an office/home gym. Smoking is reserved to the back patio area.

You will have access to a full washer dryer unit, dishwasher, patio, as well as our shared living spaces.

We have two well behaved cats and and a small rabbit (Not free roaming). So if you have pet allergies this might not be the place for you.

We are generally quiet during the weeks as we work nights. We don't party much at home as we like to keep the space for relaxation. We like to keep things clean and also love to cook.
