TLDR; 1 bedroom with private bathroom in a 3 bedroom. 5 mins walk to subway in Astoria. Available for short sublet Oct. 15 - Nov. 30 with possibility to renew Dec. 1.

Been living in this awesome apartment with my two good friends (guys, late 20's) for the past two years but looking for a sublettor to cover the last 6 weeks of my lease and then (hopefully) sign a new one with my roommate.

The apartment:

Takes up the 2nd floor of a 3-story building on 38th Street near intersection of Broadway & Steinway in the heart of Astoria. Our apt is 3 bed / 2 bath with a large living room and open kitchen that both get loads of natural light. There?s also a front balcony connected to the living room The whole place was remodeled right before we moved in ~2 years ago. My bedroom (which could soon be yours!) is the master and has its own private bathroom and shower.

The neighborhood:

The apt is a block from the intersection of Broadway & Steinway in Astoria so there is no shortage of shops, bars, and food to choose from. D2 is where you get your supplies. Mama?s for the empanadas. Kinship for some cold brew. Habiba for some late night halal (don?t even talk to me about the other truck). Oh also - the apt is less than a 5 min walk to MR trains at Steinway Street and a 9 min walk to NW at Broadway.
