Large, Sunny Room in Crown Heights

Big room on Nostrand Avenue with lots of natural light, faces a back patio (quiet!), stays warm in the winter & cool in the summer. Room will be unfurnished.
Apartment's in a great area - bars, caf?s, bodegas, and restaurants galore with a Key Food across the street. Less than a ten minute walk to the main drag of Franklin Avenue & a quick bike ride down Eastern Parkway to Prospect Park, the botanic garden, and the Brooklyn Museum.
The rest of the place is also great - huge open living room area, big kitchen, a bathroom (it's just a bathroom.) Floors in kitchen & bathroom are recently renovated. Although my exiting roommate is taking a lot of things, there'll still be a great couch & dining room set. I personally am moving out at the end of the lease but you can stay on if you love the place.

About me: 28 year old nonbinary woman working in tech in a non-technical role. Generally my hours are 9:30 - 6:30, but I tend to be out a lot. I love goin' to shows & comedy things and spend a lot of time with my pals. I like to party but rarely bring it home. Since I'm pretty social during the day at home I tend to keep to myself tho I'm pretty extroverted by nature so happy to hang.

What I'm looking for: Looking for someone 25 - 35, gender irrelevant, with perhaps similar interests. The lease wraps up in 6 months so I'm mostly looking for someone who'll pull their weight with chores etc. To be sure though, it'd be extra nice to have someone I like hanging out with to come home to. Just want a nice respectful person mostly!!!
