$975 ? 1 Bedroom & Private Bath in home w/ pets
Seeking female roommate to live in my pet-friendly 1920's house with lots of original charm in Grant neighborhood of Long Beach. Room is carpeted with an en-suite bathroom. Laundry room on property & 2-car driveway parking. You will have the room that has an added buffer with the laundry room after the office & the room opens up to backyard. We would share common spaces & laundry room.
Ideally, would like tenant by October 1st, but flexible. Courteous, non-smoking tenant who likes dogs & cats welcomed (1 lab-pit 2 yo pup & 1 Siamese cat on property)! Would appreciate someone with similar values.
I?m also open to redecorating the space with a roommate open to making it feel even more like home for the both of us.
If tenant is open to support AirBnb cleaning duties for back unit, rent can be discounted $75 for each service completed in a month.
$975/month for 6-month or 1-year lease. $975 first month & $500 security deposit.
All applicants pay $24.99 per report (background & credit) or $39.99 total if you run both on Cozy app site.
Email or call for questions & to set-up a visit. Apply now while it lasts!
