Our lease expires on 11/30/2020 with an option to renew (we renewed once back in Nov 2018).

- Unfurnished (all the furniture from the photos will be removed)

- Comes with a door lock and a key
- 19' x 12' plus 2 closets
- Large windows
- 2 spacious closets in the room
- Move in date can be two weeks after agreement

About the apartment:
- Cozy living room with a large TV and a Xbox
- Real kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher
- Shared bathroom
- 24/7 doorman
- Utilities are for internet & electricity which range between $70 and $100 per month

The Neighborhood:
- Midtown east, in the 57-59th streets
- N, R, W, 4,5,6, E, F train stations are within 3 min walk
- Very quiet at night, but still lots of food options
- CVS is less than a minute away and it is open 24 hours
