Hi. I’m renting out a room in our 2 bedrooms apartment. You will be sharing the apartment with me and my 8 years old son.
Our apartment located on the ground floor in a private house. Only 5 min away to the 1 or 4 train by bus, Bx10 bus stop is right in front of the house. Bx1 and Bx2 only a block away.
Van Cortlandt Park, Supermarkets, BJs, Target, restaurants and plenty stores nearby.
We are looking for a professional female that will not bring guests or party home. I prefer someone who doesn’t smoke and clean up after themselves.
You have to pay $1600 (1 st rent + deposit) before move in and proof of income is required.
