I am renting out the 1st floor bedroom of this 1250 square feet luxurious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment.

The apartment has in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and stainless appliances.

Strata Apartments is a luxury building with onsite dry cleaning services, electric charging station, 24 gym, business center, conference room, clubhouse, free WiFi in common area, free breakfast on Friday mornings, free monthly cooking class and paint & sip night, and 20% off CorePower Yoga.

There are about 198 restaurants, bars and coffee shops in Mission Bay. People in Mission Bay can walk to an average of 14 restaurants, bars and coffee shops in 5 minutes. You will need to fill out a rental application from the leasing office and get credit/background screened. The application fee is $45 and refundable security deposit is $333. Rent is due on the 1st of the month, you could Zelle me the money.

A little about me: I'm a 37 year old male. My 7 year old daughter stays with me Monday through Wednesday. I am hardly ever there and I don't do drugs and I socially drink.
