Room+Private Bathroom in Rent Stabilized Building

Hello,

I have a room with private bathroom available as of 10/01/22 in a RENT STABILIZED building with amenities in the heart of Bushwick. Note: sorry but I’m only looking for a female roommate.

About me:
I'm a friendly, easy going and respectful roommate, who likes to keep my apartment very clean. I have three small dogs and a lovely cat, so it's important that my new roommate likes pets. They won’t get inside your room.

Ideal roommate:
Someone who pays the rent on time, helps me keep the apartment clean, and doesn't bring the party back home or has a semi-permanent living couple situation.
No smoking allowed in the apartment.
No dirty dishes in the sink over 24hrs - we have a dishwasher :)

The room:
Nice size room that fits full bed and a desk with large closet. Plus you have a second closet on the hallway (next to your private bathroom). There is an additional shared storage closet in the living room for suitcases, etc.
