Fully renovated and remodeled 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms upper level unit. Kitchen and living room combo is fully modern. Unit boasts a washer / dryer in the garage. Unit also has an breathtaking backyard overlooking the city with an amazing view. This location is close to restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation (Bus/BART). Perfect for the casual worker near the SF downtown area! Living room & Kitchen & dining room is fully furnished. Room 2 and Room 3 may come semi-furnished with optional full bed, bed frame, and desk and lamp.

I am looking for two housemates to share this 3 bedroom unit. Bedroom #2: $1150, Bedroom #3 $1175 . Bi-monthly cleaning service will be ordered. Utilities + internet + cleaning are roughly $100 per month per person.

A little bit about me: I am working in the civic center area in SF, and I am mostly not home during work hours. Off work hours, I like to cook, hangout and relax after a long day. I am looking for like minded roommates that are quiet during weekdays but don't mind socializing more during weekends.
