Bedroom + private bathroom downtown
Hi there, I am looking to sublease my room from October 1- mid December. The room is medium sized (I have a king sized bed) and it has two closets and a bathroom. The apartment is pretty large and has all new amenities and in unit washer and dryer, and the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment. The complex has 24/7 security and without a key, one can?t get into the complex so it?s very safe. The complex also has a huge pool, common lounge with a pool table and large TV, and a small gym. We also have two designated parking spots, one in the garage and one outside with a car charger.
The master bedroom is occupied by a 26 year old, Google employee who is quiet and clean. When she?s not working, she like to enjoy wine, go out to dinner, or hangout by the pool.
The room/ bathroom will be unfurnished so you can furnish it how you?d like. We look forward to hearing from you!
