I am moving out of my apt and I am looking for someone to takeover my lease in a converted 2 bedroom apt. You would be moving into the non-converted bedroom. It is very spacious. Currently, it fits a big couch, full bed, a dresser and side stand. There is also a large closet. The room faces towards the street so you get plenty light.

The apartment is in a convenient location in the middle of Hell's Kitchen near many restaurants, down the street from Central Park and close to multiple subway stations.

I am looking for asap move in.

Your roommate is a female and she has a small dog so must be dog friendly.

To move in you would need first month ($1550) and security deposit ($1550). Electricity runs about $50-$80 except for summer months when its higher due to AC. Internet is $50.
