Cable On large flat screen in Living Room (or use WIFI on personal PC or Tablet; Residential owner works M-F, is sociable, but has space for himself, current roommate is home afternoons for several hours but gone most evenings, both dogs are very sweet and well-mannered.

There is plenty of private and respected space, potential new roommate should keep room and space clean, respectful of noise, responsible for own food, ideally easy going, sense of humor, laid-back, employed or college, and responsible. Close to 405 and 605 freeways, 3-miles to Cal State Long Beach and Long Beach City College; 24-Hour Fitness Sport Gym, Pavilions, Ralph's, Coffee shop within half-mile.
