- Furnished if needed.
- The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a half bath, a large dining room, and a large living room with a working fireplace, which we use often during cool weather months. The living room doors open to a sizable deck, which overlooks and accesses our glorious garden with unique neighborhood views
- Rent includes all utilities & more: Electric, Gas, Internet, Cable, Roku, laundry room w washer & dryer, sauna, gas barbecue, some general household supplies and many perks not listed here.

Location
- It is quiet, on a beautiful block and welcoming.
- Easy access to food shopping, restaurants, art scene, hardware stores, pharmacies, boutiques, & nightlife
- 2 blocks from Prospect Park, close to Barclay Center, BAM, Brooklyn Museum, Botanic Garden, Brooklyn Public Library, Atlantic Terminal, Methodist Hospital, Whole Foods, & Farmers market
- Short walk to the 2, 3, B, Q, R, N trains. The F & G trains are only 9 short blocks away.
- 15 min train ride to lower Manhattan

Environment
- You'd be living with a cool mom, 1 of her adult kids, plus 2 very friendly cats and 1 bird.
- Ideally, I am looking for a good fit, not just anyone to rent a room. You are welcome to stay here as long as you wish, preferably not to move for at least 1 year, but certainly not during the winter months, if that can be helped. Looking for someone who is employed full time, doesn't smoke cigarettes, has no drug or alcohol issues, who is easygoing and happy, friendly, responsible and conscientious, and who participates in the upkeep of communal spaces.
- You'd be an extra great fit if you are female, 24 ? 36yrs, someone who cares about the world and your impact on it and is a relatively healthy eater. As a resident here, you'd have immediate membership in the Park Slope Food Coop if you'd like to join.
