The Apartment & Room:
-One bright and spacious bedroom (13 x 12 feet) available in a three bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment on the 10th floor of a 35-story full service building: Normandie Court
- Large windows and in room AC/heat control, use of the full-size hall closet
-Building amenities include: 24-hour reception, doormen, laundry and dry-cleaning in basement, package room, full gym and pool on rooftop (separate fee) and multiple elevators
- Great location at 96th street and 3rd Avenue: 1 block from 6 train subway and newly opened Q train, 3 blocks from Central Park, neighborhood with multiple grocery stores, restaurants and bars nearby
- Rent is $1,375 + $80 average per month for utilities (electricity and high speed internet)
-Available beginning October 1st but we can be flexible if your move in date is mid-month (up to October 15th ish)
- The new roommate (you!) will be assuming responsibility for 1/3 of our current lease
- Please note that while this is a phenomenal building and excellent place to live the paperwork process is comprehensive! The management company requires leasee to make an annual salary of at least $60,000 and there is a lease transfer paperwork process before move-in can happen. A security deposit (approximately one month's rent) and application lease transfer fee ($500) and credit check fee ($75) are required by the building and are the responsibility of the new roommate. As such, the arrangements are not suitable for short term stays or candidates with a guarantor.

The Roommates:
-Two 30s professional women (one American who works in insurance and one Taiwanese-American woman who works in real estate)
- We are looking for an English-speaking female roommate (age 28+) who is responsible, clean, relaxed, positive and friendly
- No drug use, tobacco use or pets please
