$1150 Private Room, private bathroom Available in 3 Bed/2 Bath Duplex (Beverly Grove/Pico-Robertson)

Older, but beautiful and spacious Spanish-style duplex (high ceilings, arched doorways and wood floors) in a quiet neighborhood 5ish minutes away from the Grove, LACMA and 15-20 min from Santa Monica.

The room in the house (approx 10' x 12’) has one large semi walk in closet with a private small standing shower. The bathroom (is pink/ maroon because it retained its original, vintage tiling). Has 2 large double windows. Shared spaces include: a spacious living/dining room, full kitchen with breakfast nook, on-site laundry, front porch and backyard.

Rent includes monthly professional cleaning, with utilities an additional $75ish each month.

The current roommates are 2 guys in mid 20’s early 30’s. One is in medicine and the other in restaurant. I am unfortunately the one leaving this wonderful home and dynamic. Roommates enjoy sharing drinks or dinner together when we can, but generally are fairly busy during the week/in and out over the weekend. Because of our busy schedules, we occasionally have guests over, but tend to keep it quiet.

Seeking a like-minded 3rd roommate (ideally a professional/grad student/someone who works with consistent income) looking for a peaceful environment to move in June 1 w/ pandemic awareness.
