1 room in a 3 bedroom w/ private roof and laundry

Looking for a cool roommate for our 3 bedroom, 1 bath, in Crown heights, half a block from Franklin Ave, 4 blocks from 4/5 train.

Open as of September 1.

Our apartment is on the "pent house" of our building - fourth floor of a four floor walk up, has washer and dryer in unit, central A/C, and a beautiful, private roof deck with beautiful views of Manhattan and sunsets. Rent is split equally and is $1200 per person, plus utilities (typically about $80 per person per month).

About us: We are two professional women in our early 30s working Monday-Friday. One is from the midwest, has lived in Brooklyn for six years, and works for a nonprofit that does work focusing on Latin America, and the other is from Virginia, has been living in Brooklyn for eight years and works on the Latin America marketing team at an asset management firm. We are clean, keep a chill household, but occasionally have friends over on the weekend, are involved in a lot of extracurricular activities, and travel often.

About you: We're looking for someone similar to us, who is clean and respectful and doesn't bring the party home, and would love to meet someone who integrates into our friend group. We need the person who moves in to sign a year-long lease with us and who is able to pay the rent and security deposit up front. Points if you have ideas on how to spruce up our roof and make it even cooler!
