Three housemates in their mid-30s and early 40s seek a mature, responsible female adult as a fourth roommate.

A few things to know about us:
? High level of cleanliness expected
? No shoes in the house
? A healthy respect for the communal nature of shared spaces
? Considerate use of kitchen and shared bathroom
? We?re not party people?we generally sleep early and have dinner parties at most
? Shared cost of apartment supplies
? Respectful of shared apartment resources, like electricity, gas, paper towels, etc.
? Rotating cleaning schedule
? Awareness that you?re sharing spaces with three other people, and behaving accordingly
? No pets

We get that this list is on the strict side, but if you keep normal hours and are clean and considerate, we should get along fine.

? A helpful, hard-working landlord who?s on call for any apartment issues
? Gorgeous Greenwood Cemetery nearby; Prospect Park is a 10-minute walk away

If you are interested in seeing the apartment, please contact us. We are looking to have the room filled by Sept. 15th. Please note that the living room, kitchen, and shared bathroom are furnished, but the bedroom isn't. The lease is technically up in April, but we plan on resigning the lease.
