Looking for a female young professional to share a charming 2BR apartment in LIC starting October 1st. My current roommate is moving out of the city, so I am looking for someone to take her spot for a nine-month lease.
The bedroom available has two windows not facing the street, a small closet and easily fits a twin or a full size bed, nightstand and maybe another piece of furniture. Only the room available will be unfurnished. We'll split the utilities every month -- (ConEd + internet are about 65 pp/pm).
A bit about myself -- I'm 30 and work in hospitality. I love travelling, yoga, good food (but i don't cook), and exploring new places around the city. I'm also clean, respectful, responsible, easy to get along with, and am looking for the same in a new roommate.
